Orders
1. Orders placed to Princess Conchetta do not constitute a contract until confirmed by Princess Conchetta.
2. As each product is hand crafted, slight variances may occur between products.
3. All measurements stated are approximate.
Payment
1. If using PayPal(tm) services, it is deemed that you accept the PayPal conditions of use.
2. Payment by personal cheque is accepted.
3. Goods will not be shipped until payment is confirmed, either electronically, or by clearance of a personal cheque.
Shipping
1. Princess Conchetta will endeavour to supply goods within 21 days of confirmation of order. If for any reason, delays are anticipated, you will be notified by email.
2. Orders requiring shorter timescales will always be considered; please place a request in the order comments and you will be contacted.
3. Goods are despatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery. Delivery of goods will require a signature.
Returns
1. Princess Conchetta are unable to refund/exchange items that are not damaged or incorrect.
2. If you return an item to Princess Conchetta, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. Your refund will be applied using the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
